Please read item descriptions and look at all photos and videos thoroughly. Remember crystals will have natural flaws in them. Unnatural flaws are typically disclosed. If you have any questions please contact us.

How do well smell a scent virtually?

We have tried our best to describe each of our spray and oil scents as best as we can. Satisfied customers is our priority, so if there are any issues please contact us.

Very well! We want your pieces to arrive safely and we pack them the way we want to receive our items.

Shipping?

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. If you require faster shipping please contact us prior to ordering so we can attempt to accommodate. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as a business day. We try to find the best rates possible from reliable couriers that we trust (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

International Shipping and Customs?

Sacred Wild Divine is not responsible for Customs Taxes on International deliveries, this is the responsibility of the buyer. Currently, we are unable to ship to Germany.

Cancellations and Refunds

To avoid any need for a refund or cancellation we try our best to show as many images as we can and describe items thoroughly. If there are any questions please contact us prior to purchasing. Due to fees incurred with processing of an order, refunds and cancellations are considered on a case by case basis.
